 At Inverloch Childcare we offer nutritionally balanced meals throughout the day consisting of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. We have a 4-week rotating menu which is regularly reviewed and has been developed in partnership with recommendations from nutrition Australia and encourage healthy eating habits of children. We incorporate at least 50% of the RDI (recommended dietary intake), we also cater to cultural, allergy and intolerance requirements. Please see a sample of our menu below. 
We also do cooking experiences with the children, this not only helps with promoting healthy eating habits but also encourages the children to try new foods as well as fostering math skills, independence imaginative play and social skills.   |
